- 6 fat pork & fennel sausages (or any thick, good-quality sausages you love)
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- Olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes OR ½ fresh red chilli, finely diced
- A good glug of white wine (about 100 ml)
- 150 ml chicken stock
- Handful of pitted black olives (optional)
- Squeeze of lemon juice (about 1 tablespoon)
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
